Q. What happens to donated items?

A. Your donations will directly support the Cornerstone to Recovery, a nonprofit, charitable agency that provides community-based recovery programs for individuals and families experiencing and impacted by addiction. Our collection will link those wishing to part with unwanted reusable goods, with those in need of them.

Q. Where do I find my collection day?

A. To find out the collection day for your street, visit: recyclingrewards.com/barrie where you can find which day your street will be serviced.

Q. Is there a limit to the amount of bags I can donate?

A. There is no limit to the number of bags that residents can donate.

Q. What if I do not have clear bags to put my textiles in?

A. Although clear bags are preferred, you can leave your textiles in any type of waterproof plastic bags. Please label the bags with TEXTILE (you can print our textile sign and place it on your bags)

Q. What time will my product be picked up?

A. Our drivers will be collecting on your scheduled day from 7am-5pm. Place your items on your scheduled day no later than 7 am , rain or shine. Pick up time is from 7am to 5pm
